Following a recall initiated by Fresh Creative Foods, a division of Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc., Sprouts Farmers Market has voluntarily recalled select lots of our Chicken Street Taco kits supplied by Fresh Creative Foods on 10/11/2024
Costco advises consumers to call Acme Smoked Fish at 718-383-8585 with any questions or concerns.
Acme Smoked Fish says customers who have purchased smoked salmon with the above lot number should not consume the products, and should return the products to Costco for a refund.
The recalled items were sold at Costco stores Oct. 9-13, 2024.

Acme Smoked Fish Corp. alerted Costco members on Oct. 22 of the issue: “We regret this unfortunate incident and have taken immediate corrective steps to ensure that this issue never happens again.”
