Safe Food Coalition (SFC)
What is the Safe Food Coalition?
The SFC is a group of consumer, public health, whistle-blower, and labor organizations that holds regular meetings in Washington, D.C. It works to educate the public about the hazards of foodborne illness and seeks Congressional and administrative action to improve food safety of products regulated by both the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
